Davis came in 4.3 pounds over the lightweight limit and did not try to lose it. After hours of negotiating a fair price for De Los Santos to still fight, an agreement could not be made, and Team De Los Santos felt it was too much of a risk for their fighter. Now Abdullah Mason (18-0, 16 KOs) vs. Jeremia Nakathila (26-4, 21 KOs) will be the main event for Top Rank on ESPN.
