Dalton Smith vs Jose Zepeda: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Fight Card

This weekend will be a light boxing day as there is only one event currently on the calendar, but it’s an intriguing one. Undefeated junior welterweight contender Dalton Smith (15-0, 11 KOs) faces Jose Zepeda(37-4, 28 KOs) for the WBC Silver title. The card will stream live on DAZN from the Sheffield Arena in the U.K.

Smith has fought his entire career overseas, and Zepeda will be the biggest name on his resume. His last fight against Sam Maxwell in July ended in the seventh round, making it eight months since Smith has fought anyone. Is a guy like Zepeda too much too soon?

Zepeda is 34 and has become a gatekeeper for the division. He was last in the ring in September when he lost a unanimous decision against Richardson Hitchins. Regardless, Zepeda does have championship experience and could make for an upset on Saturday night. The oddsmakers have Smith as a slight favorite, but not by a lot.
