The fight delivered when it came to entertainment value as Andy Dominguez (11-1, 6 KOs) and Cristopher Rios (10-2, 7 KOs) went to war stealing the undercard show. Ultimately, Dominguez scored the majority decision victory as the judges saw this one 76-76, 78-74 and 77-75.
The fight began with fireworks as Dominguez and Rios came out swinging. Neither man had the advantage, but Dominguez appeared to have the cleaner, more effective punches. The second round had ebbs and flows to it as Dominguez would land crushing left and right hooks, but Rios would then follow it with his own four-punch combination. Both chose violence early in this fight.
The third round was extremely close, but Rios got better leverage on his shots and landed the cleaner punches. Both were in a phone booth, slugging it out. Things slowed down a bit at the beginning of the fourth round, but towards the middle, it picked right back up, with both fighters throwing a ton of combinations. Rios appeared to have gotten the better of the exchanges late in the round. Just when you think Rios is getting the edge, here comes Dominguez as they went blow for blow in the center of the ring.

The action slowed down again in the sixth round, but Rios kept the pressure on while Dominguez countered well. Rios edged a bit in the seventh round as his pressure started to get to Dominguez. Both gave it their all in the final round, but Dominguez did just enough to win the decision.
Jahi Tucker Wins In A Less Than Entertaining Fashion
Jahi Tucker (11-1-1, 5 KOs) earned a one-sided unanimous decision victory over Quincy LaVallais (17-5-1, 12 KOs). All three judges saw this one 80-72 for Tucker.

Tucker dictated the action in the first round with his left jab and straight right hand. Tucker landed a 1-2 combination that stunned LaVallais and had his legs shaking. The bell saved him from potentially being knocked out. Tucker landed six consecutive right uppercuts in the middle of the second round and started to pile on the punches, which had LaVallais hurt, but he wouldn’t go down. Tucker kept the pressure and landed some huge right hands as LaVallais took the punches but kept coming forward, which was the story for the rest of the fight. Tucker could have stopped the fight, but he settled on the decision.
Ofacio Falcon Scored Unanimous Decision Victory in NYC
Ofacio Falcon (12-0, 6 KOs) scored a unanimous decision over Antonio Dunton El Jr. (5-3-2, 2 KOs) in an entertaining fight. All three judges saw the fight for Falcon: 59-54, 60-53, 60-53.

Falcon had an impressive first round as he set up his combinations well, and a huge left hook to the body made Dunton El take a deep breath and widen his eyes. Falcon continued to dictate the pace, and when Dunton El dipped to his right without putting his hands up, Falcon landed a left hook, which knocked down the off-balance Dunton El. Falcon looked to set it up but could not land that punch again. It was more one-way traffic for Falcon in the third round, as Dunton El wasn’t active enough to win rounds. In rounds four through six, it was more of Falcon landing the counter right hand and left hook. Falcon scores the impressive unanimous decision victory.
Ali Feliz Scores Big First Round Knockout
Heavyweight prospect Ali Feliz (2-0, 2 KO) made quick work of his opponent Lemir Isom-Riley (4-3, 2 KOs) as he scored a first-round knockout, creating an early roar from the crowd in NYC. After Riley came out aggressive and landed some big one-two combinations, Feliz returned the favor and landed a huge straight right hand, which floored Riley. He beat the count, but Feliz jumped all over him, and after a flurry of punches, the referee stopped the fight. Feliz appears to have an exciting style, so there will be no surprise if he is brought back immediately.

NYPD’s Own Nisa Rodriguez Earns UD
Nisa Rodriguez (2-0) earned her second pro win as she scored a unanimous decision over Jordanne Garcia(4-4-3) to open up the event at the theater inside Madison Square Garden. All three judges saw this one 40-36 for Rodriguez, who tried her best to make a fight out of it, but Garcia just didn’t seem to want to engage.
There wasn’t too much action going on in the first round, as both women were feeling each other out. Rodriguez opened up with a straight right hand, which was the best punch of the round. Garcia appeared a little intimidated by the bigger Rodriguez. The second round had a ton of holding from Garcia, but Rodriguez landed a few clean shots but seemed more comfortable throwing her shots after a gun-shy first round.
There was more holding in the third round, but Rodriguez landed the more significant punches which the same could be said for the fourth and final round.
