Has Artur Beterbiev Pre-Ordered the ‘Eddie Hearn Pajamas?’

Artur Beterbiev (21-0, 20 KOs) might have pre-ordered some Eddie Hearn memorabilia.

The powerhouse from Khasavyurt is all set to defend his undisputed title against Dmitry Bivol (23-1, 12 KOs) on Saturday. Their recent presser saw a rather interesting banter between him and the Matchroom boss, who is representing Bivol. In fact, according to Hearn, Beterbiev might just be a secret hoarder of Hearn memorabilia.

During the press conference, Hearn was asked about one of Beterbiev’s recent interviews. Notably, in the interview, Beterbiev was asked about Hearn, and his response was, “Who is Eddie Hearn?” Hearn, as usual, nonchalantly responded by saying, “I did see that interview. I was a bit sad, to be honest with you.”

However, he is sure that Beterbiev is lying as he is very well aware of who the Matchroom boss is.

“There are unconfirmed reports that back in Canada, Artur Beterbiev does own a copy of my book. He bought the latest Men’s Health magazine, with me on the cover. And, has pre-ordered the Eddie Hearn pajamas that are dropping in 2025,” he said. “But in all seriousness, we try and have a little bit of fun. Artur Beterbiev is one of the greatest fighters of our generation. I respect him as a champion.”

The question was then posed to Beterbiev, asking him if Hearn’s words were true. While Beterbiev was unable to understand the initial question, Hearn skewed the question and asked him if they were “friends.” In response, Beterbiev nodded in the affirmative and added, “Yes, you give me opponents, and I beat them.”

“I Thought Bivol Won The First One”

With fight night inching closer, there have been polarizing opinions about the potential outcome of the upcoming fight. On the other hand, Keyshawn Davis is certain that Bivol was the winner in the first fight and that the second fight was just to cement his position as the victor.

“I thought Bivol won the first one, you know what I’m saying. I think Beterbiev gonna do the same thing that he did last fight. I think he’s a pressure fighter,” he said while talking to Fight Hub TV. “I just feel like Bivol is gonna switch his game plan up a little bit, and he’s just gonna make it more clear that he won the second time.”
