JAKE PAUL VS MIKE TYSON PREDICTIONS

Holt McCallany, Hollywood Actor (61st Street, The Iron Claw, Mindhunter): Tyson

Jake Paul deserves respect but this time he’s in over his head. The last thing to leave a boxer is his punching power. George Foreman proved that when he became the oldest heavyweight champion in history. Paul is younger and in better condition but Tyson can still bang. We’re going to learn a lot about Jake’s chin. Eventually Tyson will trap him against the ropes or in the corner and end it. Tyson by TKO.

Charles Malik Whitfield, Hollywood Actor/Director (Beauty in Black, The Bastard Sons, Still Here): Tyson

At his age, Tyson could never lose. He could lose on the scorecards but will not lose in life. I have a lot of respect for Jake Paul because he is balls to the wall like ‘let’s go.’ In this fight, I give the edge to Mike Tyson, but I think it goes the distance. Everybody gets to enjoy the spectacle that probably isn’t going to look like boxing. (Tyler Perry’s Beauty in Black is streaming now on Netflix.)

Rsonist (Heatmakerz), Multi-Platinum Producer (Joell Ortiz-W.A.R., IBorn-Born Again): Tyson

Tyson will win the first four rounds just off of Paul being nervous. I don’t think Tyson will knock out Paul, but he’ll hurt him. Tyson won’t have the stamina to chase him down and knock him out, so I have Tyson by decision. (IBorn’s Born Again is out now on all streaming platforms.)

Kevin Interdonato, Actor/Director (Malicious, The Bastard Sons): Tyson

Snitches get stitches… and so do b*tches. Paul’s going to know what it’s like fighting through pain for the first time. Only a true fighter can do this, and he will be tested. We all know what Tyson is capable of; that speaks for itself. I hope his defense and movement have been worked on as well because Paul has a punch, and nobody knows if Tyson can take a hit at this age. Regardless, we know his style is out the corner. Tyson has never deviated from his instincts, and I predict a wonderful early knockout—Tyson by knockout in the fourth round. (The Bastard Sons is available on Amazon Prime Video)

Joell Ortiz, Hip-Hop Artist (W.A.R., Tapestry, Prosper): Paul

Paul is taking the fight more seriously than what people may think. I’m not saying Tyson isn’t taking it seriously, but he’s probably looking at it like legacy facing YouTube star. Tyson has about 2-3 rounds to get Paul outta there. With that said, I think Paul wins this one and may take Tyson’s head off. (Joell Ortiz’s Album W.A.R. is out now on all streaming platforms.)

Dj Scream, (Big Facts Podcast on Revolt TV, The Dj Scream Show on IHeart Radio): Tyson

I can’t see a world where Paul beats Tyson. Similar to the Roy Jones fight [November 2020], I think we are going to get good entertainment. I don’t think Tyson knocks him out. I think Tyson’s IQ is going to have something for Paul. I’m going to go with Tyson by decision.

Bronze Nazareth, (Music Producer, Wu-Tang Alum): Tyson

I think Tyson is going to tear that as$ up. I know Paul has been training and all that, but the guys he has faced in the past have been old, washed-up fighters. Seeing Tyson in those training videos, I don’t see him being washed-up. Paul is going to be scared to death. Tyson is going to win by knockout. (Terminology’s new album All of The Things I’ve Seen executive produced by Bronze Nazareth drops in February.)

Danny Limelight, (Pro Wrestler, United Wrestling World Champion, SAG-AFTRA Actor/Stuntman): Tyson

Come on, Tyson by knockout. I think Paul will tag a few times as he is training with the best. I respect Paul’s game, and he is going to stand on his ten toes. He is one of the few who isn’t afraid to get into the ring with Tyson, so I respect that, but I still have Tyson by TKO.

JAKE PAUL VS MIKE TYSON PREDICTION PANEL RESULTS: 7-1 Tyson

Although a Paul victory is in the minority on the celebrity prediction panel, I will go with him to win by decision, joining Joell Ortiz as the only ones who see the fight going that way. Those remixed 10-second Instagram clips aren’t convincing me to favor Tyson over Paul.
