Josh Taylor vs Jack Catterall 2: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Fight Card

We have a fight on Saturday night that involves two fighters who do not like each other. Former undisputed junior welterweight champion Josh Taylor (19-1, 13 KOs) will fight Jack Catterall again (28-1, 13 KOs) after a heavily discussed, controversial split decision victory for Taylor in February 2022. Since then, there have been multiple attempts to make the rematch, but one thing after another has delayed the fight. Now, it looks as though they will finally meet in the ring on Saturday to settle the score once and for all.

Taylor has been inactive due to injuries and only fought once since the first fight with Catterall and that was a unanimous decision loss to Teofimo Lopez. Taylor had a tough time making 140 pounds and even said he was moving up to welterweight after that June 2023 fight. Here we are 11 months later, and Taylor is again fighting at 140. Is this a mistake, or does Taylor have one more good fight in him at 140?

Catterall hasn’t been that much busier than Taylor since their first fight, but he did face two opponents, one of them being former world champion Jorge Linares in October. Catterall would win by unanimous decision and is finally getting the fight he has long desired. Can he put his emotions aside and have a disciplined fight where he ends up with his hand raised in the end?
