The vacant WBC light heavyweight title will be on the line Saturday night in Manchester, England, as Joshua Buatsi (20-1, 13 KOs) faces Willy Hutchinson (20-2, 14 KOs) in a rematch of their September 2024 fight.

That night, Buatsi won a split decision over Hutchinson at Wembley Stadium in London, which at the time was for the vacant WBO interim light heavyweight title. This title is for the full WBC title, as David Benavidez officially vacated the title a few months back.

Since their first fight, Buatsi went 1-1, with his last fight being 12 months ago against Zach Parker. Hutchinson went 2-0 since their first fight and was in the ring in March, making him the fresher of the two. Hutchinson is the slight betting favorite at the start of fight week, though that could change by the time the two fighters make their way into the ring.
