WBA featherweight champion Nick Ball (21-0-1, 12 KOs) came underneath the 126-pound limit, but when it came to his opponent TJ Doheny (26-5, 20 KOs), the veteran did not make weight on the first attempt. Doheny had an hour to shed the ounce he was over, and he successfully did so within the hour.
