O’Shaquie Foster vs Abraham Nova: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Fight Card

As we continue the trend of fights throughout the week, Top Rank returns on Friday night as they host a junior lightweight title fight at the Hulu Theater inside the Madison Square Garden. WBC champion O’Shaquie Foster (21-2, 12 KOs), having recently signed to Top Rank, will defend his title against Puerto Rican and fan favorite Abraham ‘Super’ Nova (23-1, 16 KOs). This will be Nova’s first world title shot, and he looks to score an upset in front of what will likely be a predominantly Latino crowd.

Foster, whose alias is ‘Ice Water,’ returns after having a great fight with Eduardo Hernandez in October, which earned them a Round of the Year Award from The Ring Magazine. After the fight, Foster went on to sign with Top Rank in hopes of expanding his profile to new heights. Is the Nova fight too big of a first step with a new promotional company?

Nova used 2023 as a year to bounce back from the brutal knockout loss to Robeisy Ramirez in June 2022. Nova earned a unanimous decision over Adam ‘Blue Nose’ Lopez and knocked out Jonathan Romero in July. Nova is on a two-fight win streak and will look to keep that momentum going as he steps into the biggest fight of his career.
