The WBC junior middleweight title will be on the line Saturday night in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the champion Sebastian Fundora (24-1-1, 16 KOs) and his opponent, Ermal Hadribeaj (23-0-1, 8 KOs), both came in under the junior middleweight limit of 154 pounds.

All the talk throughout fight week has been about Fundora’s future, more specifically 2027. He shut down any talk of fighting unified champion Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis, but his promoter, Sampson Lewkowicz, was quick to say that if that fight were to happen, it would have to be a 50/50 purse split.

Regarding Saturday’s fight, Fundora is the heavy betting favorite and, barring an upset, will be on the hunt for a big fight next year.
