Most Valuable Promotions returns with its third event under its new deal with ESPN, which will feature women headlining the cards. Saturday’s event is topped by a rematch in which WBA lightweight champion Stephanie Han (12-0, 3 KOs) faces Holly Holm (34-3-3, 9 KOs) in a scheduled 10-round bout.

They initially faced each other in January, but the fight was stopped in the seventh round due to an accidental headbutt. The fight went to the scorecards, awarding Han the technical decision victory. Now Holm has another opportunity at a world title, with the hope that a headbutt doesn’t get in the way. Will Han beat Holm convincingly, or will Holm take what she learned in the last fight to help her win the rematch and the WBA title?
