TNA iMPACT 11/20 Recap: Mike Santana Sends NXT ‘Invaders’ A Message Ahead of ‘Final Resolution’

Fresh off the “Turning Point 2025” pay-per-view, another episode of “TNA iMPACT” took place, and it was taped from Full Sail University. The stars of TNA Wrestling have been on edge, as members of the “WWE NXT” brand have been invading shows recently.

Mike Santana Sends Message to ‘WWE NXT’ Invaders

Former TNA World Champion Mike Santana got the show started. Santana grabbed a chair and sat down at the center of the ring. He said he loved his supporters and discussed accomplishing his dream of becoming a world champion in professional wrestling. Santana said in an instant, everything was taken from him.

He said he couldn’t react with rage and anger. Santana said he checked in with himself and went to a meeting to ensure he doesn’t relapse. He said now he wants the TNA World Championship back that much more.

Santana vowed to pick off all of the invading “NXT” stars one by one until there’s nothing left. He said the “NXT” talent will regret ever setting foot in a TNA arena. Santana then quoted late Puerto Rican rapper Big Pun, saying, “I gave you fair warning. Beware.”

Frankie Kazarian vs. JDC?

Santino Marella was on the phone with someone before Frankie Kazarian walked in. Kazarian said he has nothing to do with the “NXT” invasion. He demanded an apology in writing. Marella said he has to speak to JDC, but Kazarian made fun of his upcoming retirement.

JDC walked in and ripped Kazarian’s attire. Kazarian mentioned JDC’s wife before he was told to never bring her up again. Marella booked a singles match between JDC and Eric Young. If JDC wins, he gets a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Myla Grace w/Harley Hudson vs. Dani Luna vs. Rosemary vs. Indi Hartwell

Myla Grace hit a basement dropkick on Rosemary. Dani Luna sent Grace outside the ring. Indi Hartwell landed a sidewalk slam on Grace. Hartwell was kept grounded with a headlock from Grace.

Luna and Rosemary pulled Grace and Hartwell out of the ring and sent them crashing into opposite sides of the apron. Back in the ring, Luna hit a suplex on Grace. Rosemary bit Hartwell in the corner.

Hartwell delivered two clotheslines to Rosemary, followed by a spinebuster. Luna broke up the pin and popped Hartwell with a forearm. Hartwell nearly stole a pin. As Hartwell, Rosemary, and Luna were trading strikes, Grace nailed Rosemary with a missile dropkick.

Grace then hit a corkscrew dive on Rosemary outside of the ring. Luna and Hartwell traded shots in the ring. They took each other out with simultaneous clotheslines. Rosemary grabbed a chain, but Grace sent her into the ring post. Luna grabbed the chain and took out Hartwell for the pin.

Winner: Dani Luna

Eric Young Says Santino Marella is Ruining TNA

Eric Young ordered his masked henchmen to keep spreading the word that “The Cleanse is Coming.” Young told Gia Miller that he might have exposed Santino Marella as the problem with TNA Wrestling.

Santino Marella Gets Help Against ‘NXT’ Invasion

Santino Marella spoke to Arianna Grace backstage and questioned how the “NXT” stars were able to invade two TNA shows. Steve Maclin and The Hardys offered to help solve the problem. Jeff Hardy said he’ll use the TNA World Tag Team Championship as bait.

Matt Cardona vs. Mance Warner w/Steph De Lander

Mance Warner ambushed Matt Cardona before the bell rang. Cardona went for a kick in the corner, but De Lander pulled Warner out of the ring. Cardona settled for a baseball slide. De Lander got involved again, this time pulling Cardona’s leg. She then choked him over the middle rope as Warner was distracting the referee.

Cardona rebounded with a spinebuster. He later hit the Reboot for a near fall. Warner raked the back of Cardona and followed it up with a face plant. Warner then hit a running knee for a two-count.

De Lander handed Warner a chair, but the referee stopped it. Cardona landed Radio Silence, but De Lander put Warner’s foot on the rope during a pin attempt. Warner hit Cardona with a loaded purse and then a Pay Window for the victory.

Winner: Mance Warner

‘NXT’ Stars Warn TNA

Robert Stone, along with other members of the “NXT” roster, said they’re invading TNA Wrestling because they’re tired of waiting for opportunities. Stone insisted that he’s not the mastermind behind this invasion.

Matt Cardona Wants A Street Fight With Mance Warner

Matt Cardona reacted to his loss to Mance Warner. He said he thought Warner was family to him. He challenged Warner to a street fight.

John Skyler vs. Myron Reed

John Skyler charged in and sent Myron Reed to the corner. Reed’s quickness was on display early, and he landed a kick to the head of his opponent. Skyler sent Reed into the middle turnbuckle before landing a side Russian leg sweep.

Reed thought he had a counter, but Skyler nailed him with a clothesline. Reed ducked under a clothesline and hit a boot upstairs. Reed went high-risk, but Skyler moved out of the way. Reed settled for an enzuigiri.

Skyler was caught in the lung blower. Reed went for Flame On, but Skyler intercepted him with a spear. Backstage, Agent Zero took out Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz. Reed planted Skyler with a cutter. Skyler avoided Flame On, but Reed took him out with a dive.

Jason Hotch distracted Reed and got involved when the referee wasn’t looking. He flipped Skyler over when he was being pinned by Reed. Skyler used the ropes for leverage to secure the win.

Winner: John Skyler

Leon Slater Confronts AJ Francis

AJ Francis said Rich Swann let Fir$t Cla$$ down with his loss at “Turning Point.” He also criticized Swann for showing Leon Slater respect after their match. Francis told Swann that Slater isn’t the future. Slater walked in and said he didn’t have respect for Francis. The two nearly came to blows before Slater suggested going to Santino Marella to book a match.

Search for Mr. Elegance

The Personal Concierge held a search for “Mr. Elegance.” He was joined by Ash, Heather, and M by Elegance. The first contestant was immediately kissed by Ash and eliminated.

The second man was Jamie Stanley. The Personal Concierge said he’s eliminated for having a salmon suit that only Mark Henry could pull off. The third contestant couldn’t find the answer to Heather’s question. He was then called a loser.

Victoria Crawford w/Tessa Blanchard vs. Jody Threat vs. Killer Kelly vs. Xia Brookside

The action spilled outside of the ring quickly. Xia Brookside leaped off the ring apron to dive on Victoria Crawford and Killer Kelly. Brookside and Jody Threat tied up in the ring.

Following a commercial break, Tessa Blanchard joined commentary. She complained about a conspiracy against her and Crawford. Brookside lifted Crawford up on her shoulders, but Kelly hit her with a dropkick. Kelly stretched Brookside in the corner before Threat broke things up with a dropkick.

Brookside ran into a driver from Threat for a near fall. Kelly trapped Threat in a sleeper hold before being driven to the corner. Threat and Crawford fought outside of the ring. Meanwhile, Brookside hit the Brooksy Bomb on Kelly for the win.

Winner: Xia Brookside

Spotlight on Jada Stone

A vignette for Jada Stone played. She discussed the origins of her nickname, “The Spark.” Stone reflected on training at Ohio Valley Wrestling and the New Japan Dojo. She said her first tryout didn’t go the way she’d hoped, but she was only 18 at the time.

Stone mentioned getting a chance to speak to WWE star Bayley. She vowed to work hard to earn the respect of the fans as a TNA Knockout.

‘TNA Final Resolution’ Announcements

Santino Marella announced some matches for “TNA Final Resolution.” Mike Santana vs. Charlie Dempsey, The Hardys vs. Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont for the TNA World Tag Team Championship, and Steve Maclin vs. “Stacks” for the TNA International Championship are official for the Dec. 5 pay-per-view event..

JDC vs. Eric Young

Frankie Kazarian made his way out to serve as a guest commentator for the match. Eric Young dragged JDC to the outside, but he ate a right hand for his efforts. JDC landed a punch combination that sent Young back out of the ring. JDC then landed a plancha before posing near Kazarian.

Young rebounded and elbowed the shoulder blades of JDC. He went for a headlock, but JDC countered him with a back suplex. JDC went high-risk, but Young pulled the referee. JDC was then shoved off the top turnbuckle.

JDC moved out of the way when Young attempted a moonsault. Young was pulled down with a side Russian leg sweep. JDC then hit a Falcon Arrow for a two-count. Young went for a piledriver, but JDC reversed with a pin attempt.

Young bit JDC and followed up with a flying elbow drop. JDC was kicked low when the referee was distracted, but he kicked out before the count of three. JDC sent Young crashing down to the canvas off the top rope. He then landed Down and Dirty for the win.
