Fresh off the “TNA No Surrender 2026″ event, “TNA iMPACT” was held inside The Pinnacle in Nashville. The show featured a first-ever guitar case casket match between Elijah and Mustafa Ali of Order 4. Also showcased was the fallout of Arianna Grace’s TNA Knockouts World Championship win over Lei Ying Lee.
Indi Hartwell vs. Heather by Elegance w/The Elegance Brand
Ash by Elegance joined the commentary desk for the match, while M by Elegance, Mr. Elegance, and The Personal Concierge were at ringside. Ash dared Mickie James to confront her next week following their encounter at “No Surrender.”
Meanwhile in the ring, Hartwell countered a hurricanrana attempt with a side slam. Hartwell looked to go high risk, but M shoved her off the apron. Heather delivered a kick to the back of Hartwell. She later connected with a moonsault for a near fall. Hartwell clocked her opponent with two big boots, followed by a spinebuster. The Elegance Brand got too involved before getting tossed from the match. Ash remained at ringside. Hartwell landed a flying elbow to the back of Heather.
Ash got on the apron for a distraction. Heather looked to capitalize, but she was planted with Hurts Donut and couldn’t kick out of the pin.

Steve Maclin Wants to Be Heard
Tom Hannifan tried talking sense into Steve Maclin, who was banned from the building. Maclin asked Hannifan to pull some strings so he could speak his peace. Hannifan agreed to speak to TNA management.
Daria Rae Shuts Down Mike Santana & Leon Slater
Mike Santana entered the ring and addressed Steve Maclin, who attacked him a second time at “No Surrender.” Santana said Maclin isn’t man enough to meet him face-to-face. Santana said the more Maclin keeps knocking on death’s door, the sooner the door will open. Santana then asked Leon Slater to join him in the ring. He apologized to Slater for focusing on Maclin during their tag team match at “No Surrender.” The two shook hands, and Slater said he doesn’t blame the TNA World Champion.
Nic and Ryan Nemeth spoiled the party. Santana threatened to shove a microphone down Nemeth’s throat. Slater was looking for a fight before Daria Rae made her way out. Rae said the wrestlers don’t make the matches. She said if Slater and Santana are lucky, they’ll get the match next week.
The System Warns Moose
The System was backstage. Bear Bronson said this is Moose’s final warning to stand down. Cedric Alexander suggested that Moose just accept defeat.
Frankie Kazarian Makes Request to Daria Rae
Frankie Kazarian approached Daria Rae backstage. He suggested being at the commentary desk next week when Mike Santana and Leon Slater face the Nemeth Brothers, which Rae agreed to.
Arianna Grace Brags About TNA Knockouts Title Win
Stacks and Aranna Grace were in the ring. Grace claimed everyone was talking about her TNA Knockouts World Championship win at “No Surrender.” She said fans don’t have to like it, but they need to accept it.
Trey Miguel (c) vs. Stacks w/Arianna Grace – for the TNA International Championship
Trey Miguel landed a springboard arm drag. Stacks rebounded and got in TNA President Carlos Silva’s face before Miguel tossed the challenger back in the ring. Stacks slammed the champion into the middle turnbuckle.
Miguel hit a northern lights suplex into a kimura position. Miguel landed a basement dropkick to the back of the head. Stacks then took a double foot stomp to the back. The champion then hit a meteora for a near fall. Stacks got caught in Shellshock, followed by Lightning Spiral. Miguel retained the gold.

Eric Young Targets Leon Slater
Eric Young berated a TNA production member before vowing to cleanse TNA Wrestling. He said all of the false prophets have to go, including Leon Slater.
Tessa Blanchard w/Victoria Crawford and Mila Moore vs. Jody Threat
Tessa Blanchard got popped by a clothesline early on. Jody Threat was popped by a basement dropkick. Threat rebounded with a German suplex. Mila Moore and Victoria Crawford ambushed Threat, who was looking for Pop Shove It. The referee called for the bell. A post-match beatdown ensued before Harley Hudson and Myla Grace saved Threat.

Rich Swann and BDE vs. Sinner & Saint
Rich Swann and Travis Williams got the match started. BDE and Swann hit a neckbreaker into a splash combo. BDE went for a rolling neckbreaker, but Williams delivered a chop. Sinner & Saint landed double kicks to BDE in the corner. Williams was perched on the top turnbuckle. Swann delivered a superkick to Judas Icarus. He then sent Williams crashing onto Icarus with a hurricanrana. Williams hit a brainbuster on BDE, but Swann broke up the pin.
BDE hit a springboard cutter on Icarus, and Swann had a handspring cutter of his own. Sinner & Saint took out Swann and then landed Total Elimination on BDE for the win.

Mance Warner and AJ Francis Brawl
Mance Warner and Steph de Lander were backstage and said AJ Francis crossed the line on commentary during “No Surrender.” They entered Francis’ private room. Warner and Francis brawled before security intervened.
Do The Hardys Trust The Righteous?
The Hardys took exception to being jumped by The System last week. The TNA World Tag Team Champions said they don’t hide from anyone, including The System, who approached them. The Righteous then walked in and dared The System to make the first move. Brian Myers responded by saying he doesn’t think The Hardys trust The Righteous.
Dutch apologized to Matt Hardy for what happened at “No Surrender.” The Hardys then walked off.
Tension Brewing Between Mara Sade and Elayna Black
Elayna Black was in the ring, and she had sour grapes over Mara Sade eliminating her in the TNA Knockouts World Championship No. 1 contender battle royal. Sade made her way out and mentioned her history with Black.
Black said she sacrificed on the indies, while Sade “fits the optics.” Sade dared Black to step up if she thinks she’s a fraud.
Elijah vs. Mustafa Ali – Guitar Case Casket Match
Elijah went for a guitar shot, but he shattered the instrument on the ring post. Mustafa Ali was back body-dropped off the entrance ramp onto a pile of seated chairs. Elijah went to set up a table, but Ali took him out with a suicide dive.
Ali placed a guitar case in the corner, but he ran into a pop-up powerbomb. Elijah sent Ali crashing into the guitar case. Ali placed Elijah onto a table outside of the ring and landed a 450 splash. Order 4 marched down to ringside. Agent Zero sent Elijah into the guitar case casket, but powder was thrown into his eyes. Elijah then threw him into drums. Tasha Steelz tried hitting Elijah with a guitar, but she got caught in a Tombstone position. Ali went for a guitar shot, but he accidentally hit Steelz with it.
Elijah put Ali in the casket, but The Great Hands stopped him. Ali then delivered a low blow to Elijah. A new guitar was given to Ali. The guitar was placed onto Elijah, and Ali went for the 450 splash, but no one was there. Elijah then blasted Ali with the guitar. A door was blocking the casket, but Elijah chokeslammed him through it and slammed the casket shut for the win.
