We are just days away from the debut of WWE RAW on Netflix, and the level of excitement across the WWE Universe and wrestling fans is through the roof. With tickets for the show on the floor level reaching up to $1,800, the WWE is expecting a big crowd and A-list celebrities from Los Angeles, CA, to attend the show. With so many potential cameos and new storylines for this debut on Netflix, the WWE is all in, and the lineup is as heavy as it comes.
CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
This match has been building up since CM Punk returned to the WWE. Seth Rollins was visibly upset when Punk made his first appearance as caught by a fan camera. Although they both had separate feuds for the following months, everyone knew that they would eventually meet in a match built off of a story with a good amount of reality tied to it.
They’ve had promos going at each other in the past, but the last RAW for 2024 saw them cook like they had never cooked before. A ton of personal zingers were said to each other, and the crowd was 100% invested as they knew exactly what they were referring to without having to spell it out. The promo was so good that Triple H felt the need to hop on social media and hype the main event of RAW on Netflix even more.
This has all of the potential to be a really good match. The WWE could extend this story even further, but based on how the last month has gone between the two stars, it appears that this match on RAW is where the rivalry climaxes, or does it? Monday night may lead to another match at another PLE (Premium Live Event) or go into two separate storylines that we all aren’t expecting.
Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa

The Bloodline story has been the hottest in all wrestling for the past two years. Solo Sikoa as the Tribal Chief didn’t initially get over with fans, but the more the WWE throws him out there, the more comfortable he is getting and settling into his own. Yes, he is no Roman Reigns, but his soft-spoken tone with a touch of sarcasm is beginning to make money.
This was further cemented when Sikoa joined Paul Heyman at Smackdown on Friday night. Sikoa made Heyman part of the match by having him hold the Ula Fala and presenting it to the winner on Monday night. Reigns is the star, and the chase for the Ula Fala is equivalent to a wrestler chasing the title. The fans love it and I’m not sure that the WWE is ready to put that to an end. The wild card here is none other than Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, aka The Final Boss. Does he make an appearance here? Will he cost Reigns the match, setting up what we were supposed to get last year, and that’s him vs. Reigns at WrestleMania? This will be an interesting match that may go first when the stream begins on Netflix.
Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley

This rivalry has run its course. We have seen this matchup too many times, whether one-on-one or in a tag team scenario. Liv Morgan has so much heat on her as a heel that it will be hard for the WWE to have her lose the title. This match will have an interference that will cost Rhea Ripley the title opportunity, and the wrestler that will be doing that has to be Charlotte Flair.
There are rumors that she is cleared to resume wrestling activities and a matchup between Ripley and Charlotte prints money every day of the week. That is a mega WrestleMania matchup, and it gives the Morgan story a break for a while.
Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso
Unfortunately, there has to be a match where fans can hit the concession & merchandise stands while using the restroom, and that will be Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso. Not that these two wrestlers deserve that because they don’t but with a card this stacked, that is the only spot to do it. It’s a solid matchup with really no direction but to have two great in-ring technicians showcasing their skills in front of what will be a sold-out crowd in Los Angeles.
John Cena Begins Farewell Tour

John Cena will come out and address the WWE Universe at some point in the show, whether in the beginning, middle, or end. He announced late last year that 2025 will be his last year as an active wrestler. What message will he send on Monday night? Will he point to the WrestleMania 41 sign and leave it at that? Will he challenge whoever the world champion is? Are we going to get Cena vs. The Rock one last time? All questions that should be answered on Monday night.
