Oscar Valdez vs Liam Wilson: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Fight Card

On Friday night, live from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ, Top Rank & ESPN+ brings you a fight card where the co-main could headline an event on its own. Former two-division champion Oscar Valdez (31-2, 23 KOs) looks to get back into title contention as he faces Liam Wilson (13-2, 7 KOs). The co-main is a fight that has been brewing for years as women’s unified minimumweight champion Seniesa Estrada (25-0, 9 KOs) faces the other unified champion, Yokasta Valle (30-2, 9 KOs), for the undisputed crown.

Valdez isn’t a young contender anymore, and at 33, he knows this is the most important fight in his career. Valdez is coming off a loss to Emanuel Navarrete in August and needs to win this fight for his career to continue to head toward another title shot. A bad loss on Friday could force Valdez to think about whether he wants to continue his career in boxing.

On the other hand, Wilson went (2-1) last year, with both of his victories coming back to back. Wilson also fell victim to Navarrete last year, but he was able to knock him down, which was followed by a long, controversial count by the referee. Can Wilson use that same aggressiveness against Valdez but, this time, come out victorious?
