We are quickly approaching fight night in Las Vegas, Nevada, as WBC welterweight champion Ryan Garcia (25-2, 20 KOs) puts his title on the line against Conor Benn (25-1, 14 KOs) live at the T-Mobile Arena, streaming on Paramount+.

This fight will be debated on TikTok, Kick, YouTube, Instagram, barbershops, and workspaces worldwide, as Garcia and Benn have a tight hold on the algorithm. Since it’s a big event, I called up celebrities from Hollywood and the music industry to weigh in on the big event, which is sure to trend worldwide on Saturday night. The main question I asked them was: who wins, and how?

Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn Predictions

Holt McCallany, Hollywood Actor (Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning, The Waterfront, The Iron Claw, Mindhunter): Garcia

I think Benn may find it hard to make 147 pounds. He could be depleted. We’ll have to see how he looks at the weigh-in. Also Benn’s aggressive, squared-up style brings him into range of Garcia’s short, explosive left hook. Benn is very courageous and forceful, but he can sometimes become reckless, and that’s when Garcia could hurt him. I pick Ryan Garcia by late-round stoppage.

Rsonist (Heatmakerz), Multi-Platinum Producer (Dipset, Joell Ortiz-W.A.R., Locksmith-Wine & Circus, IBorn-Born Again): Garcia

Garcia is going to put him to sleep. Who has Conor Benn fought recently? A Regis Prograis, who admitted he wasn’t at 100%, and two fights against a washed-up Chris Eubank Jr. Benn is having to cut all that weight, and with his aggressive, reckless style, once he tires out, Garcia will get him. I’m picking Garcia by TKO (by the referee) in under eight rounds.

Rsonist produced Quantrell’s latest single, Looking at a Star, available on all digital platforms.

Kevin Interdonato, Actor/Director (Dirty Hands, Malicious, The Bastard Sons): Benn

What a tough one. We have two beasts here. By the book, it’s got Garcia written all over it, but I just feel like grit is going to come out on top. I don’t see any quit in Benn. He’s going to go out on his shield. I think Benn is going for broke, and he’s either going to get knocked out or he wins. I feel like Benn is digging deep enough in this one, and he has something to prove. When you have a man who has something to prove and nothing to lose, he’s just going to go for it. I just don’t think Garcia has the grit to work against an angry fighter who’s going in for the kill. I’m saying Conor Benn by split decision.

DJ Scream, (Big Facts Podcast on Revolt TV, The DJ Scream Show on iHeartRadio): Benn

I’m going with Conor Benn by decision. I think he’s going to outbox Garcia. I’m predicting a real physical fight. I think Benn’s physicality and his witty style of fighting are going to lead him to a victory by decision.

Bronze Nazareth, (Music Producer, Wu-Tang Alum): Garcia

As much as I hate Ryan (laughs), the power and speed is going to be too much for Conor. I think Garcia by fifth-round knockout.  Bronze’s new album with Kevlaar 7, titled ELYSIAN, is available on all digital platforms. Limited-edition vinyl and merch are available for purchase HERE.

Danny Limelight, (Pro Wrestler, SAG-AFTRA Actor/Writer/Stuntman): Garcia

I respect both fighters, but I think it will favor Garcia if it goes the distance. I’m picking Garcia by decision.

Danny recently finished filming Recruit Training, which will stream exclusively on veterantv.com. He played a Drill Instructor, a role he held in real life for three years while serving on active duty in the Marine Corps.

Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn Prediction Panel Results: 4-2 Garcia

I’m going to side with the majority here and say Garcia is going to win, but by decision. Being able to take the punches from Chris Eubank Jr., a super middleweight, has me thinking that Benn makes it to the final bell against Garcia. It just won’t be enough to secure the victory. Garcia should come away with a decision victory in what should be an entertaining fight.
