Young caught Santana off a Rolling Buck Fifty attempt, but he was countered into a bulldog. Santana then hit the Rolling Buck Fifty for a two-count. Santana hit Spin The Block, but there was no in-ring official.

Young took advantage of the situation by kicking the champion low. He then grabbed the TNA World Championship and nailed Santana with a belt shot. Santana was then dropped with a piledriver, but the champion managed to get his hand on the bottom rope. Young placed the TNA World Championship at the center of the ring and looked for a second piledriver, but Ricky Sosa’s music played. Young was distracted, and Santana rolled him up for the victory.
