The Broken Hardys Kick Off TNA Thursday Night iMPACT
Matt Hardy said that both he and Jeff have been reborn. He admitted the Wicked Garden broke The Hardys’ bodies. Matt said The Hardys needed The Righteous to change them because it forced them to ascend. The Hardys vowed to win back the TNA World Tag Team Championship before The Righteous interrupted. Vincent claimed to be grateful that The Hardys are “finally telling the truth.” Dutch said The Righteous should take credit for enlightening The Hardys. Matt said Dutch is naive, as he doesn’t realize the mistake The Righteous has made.
The tag champions Brian Myers and Bear Bronson made their way out. Myers called The Hardys and The Righteous, “the freaks at table nine.” Bronson then called both teams glory hounds and said The System doesn’t care what the fans want. Bronson said The System will eat both teams alive at “Slammiversary.”
Matt guaranteed The Hardys will reclaim gold on Sunday. A brawl ensued with all three teams involved. The Hardys pulled out a ladder from under the ring. The System dragged Matt out of the ring. Jeff climbed the ladder, and he was ready to dive on the field before The System and The Righteous ran off.

TNA World Title Summit Goes Off The Rails
Gia Miller was joined by TNA President Carlos Silva to host the World Title Summit between Mike Santana and Nic Nemeth. Nemeth said Santana has done it all in one year, but his resume doesn’t stack up. Santana said all Nemeth sees in him is one good year.
Santana reminded Nemeth that he’s gone through some rough times in his life. He said the TNA World Championship was much bigger than his issues outside of the ring. Santana admitted that Nemeth has achieved just about everything there is to do in the industry. He said the biggest difference between the two of them is that he was the one who carried TNA through the good and bad times.
Santana claimed Nemeth went back on his word of representing TNA by doing tours for another promotion in Australia. Nemeth said there’s a reason he claimed he’s here for TNA. He said being an international star is a lot bigger than having one good year. Nemeth mentioned Santana’s daughter, which is when things went awry. He then said at least Santana’s father isn’t around to watch him fail.
Nemeth threw out the bait, and Santana took it by punching his “Slammiversary” opponent. Ryan Nemeth then ambushed Santana, which allowed Nic to slam the TNA World Champion’s head on his own belt.

Moose made his way out, and he was accompanied by the retired JDC. He said the only way his match at “Slammiversary” with Eddie Edwards ends is when someone throws in the towel. Moose said just like Alisha, “Payback’s a b*tch.” Edwards and Alisha walked down the ramp. Edwards said all the road trips he had with Moose and JDC were the true problem with The System. He claimed both men prevented The System from ascending. Edwards vowed to end the feud with his former stablemates for good.
JDC said he’s known Edwards for 25 years and the two were brothers. Despite it all, he said he doesn’t take things personally. JDC claimed Edwards is allowing the wrestling industry to poison his brain. He said Edwards will eventually lose his wife and daughter.
Alisha dared JDC to bring his wife to “Slammiversary.” She then said Moose wants revenge deep down inside because she “played him for a fool.” Alisha dared Moose to spear her. Moose backed off and left the ring with JDC. Alisha then called Moose a “pathetic coward.”
Moose stormed the ring and was setting up for a spear, but JDC prevented it. Alisha claimed she’d rather die than throw in the towel. Moose promised there will be a funeral at “Slammiversary.”
